The company was founded in the year 1982. The registered head office of the company is located in Vallirana, Spain. The firm comprises its business activities in manufacturing resins, plastics materials, and nonvulcanizable thermoplastic elastomers and mixing and blending resins on a custom basis, as well as manufacturing noncustomized synthetic resins. The company's production has been mainly focused on the automotive industry where the company has achieved a competitive position by manufacturing highly complex technical parts across a large number ofrojects with the main car manufactures and first tier suppliers. The company operates under the supervision and management of General Manager Juan Ruiz Garcia.
